I truly had a good time last night at the Hollywood Casino … everyone from security, to the bartender, waitresses and the special events staff was just wonderful … thank you for making my first HC experience a good one. Strictly music - no magic this time … 3 hours a playin' and singing' - oh yeah!
From what I heard it was an unusually light Sunday night crowd, most likely due to "Football", however, those that were there seemed to enjoy the music - and I had folks listening, moving their heads to the music, picking out tunes they wanted to hear and quite a few singing along.

As I checked out … I received several very nice compliments about the music and the fact that none of the folks had heard a "banjo guy" at the casino. Yeah!
And my Stelling banjo, with the jet black Kavanjo banjo head worked perfectly with the casino's sound system - I couldn't have been happier. I must also add that the Kavanjo banjo head worked flawlessly with my line 6 G30 wireless set-up.
I look forward to returning sometime in the near future …

oh ………… and a special thank you to Gretchen and Josh for coming by, and an extra special thanks to Gretchen for the photos. Her pictures were very sharp/clear I blurred out faces … just because, ya never know.
